It has taken us months to build a service that offers unique timeless pieces for those individuals that want to showcase their personality and style as well as keeping in line with the forefront of tradition and discretion.

Above all our ethics and heritage is what we pride ourselves with, all sourcing and manufacturing is considered on the basis of our suppliers and how ethically they work and how fabric is sourced for production. In order to keep in line with our roots, we ensure that our preliminary stage of designing starts in house-based in London and the final stitching is done in London by the finest Seamstresses in the country. The genuinity and quality of work is visibly evident at every stage.

INAYAH’s Bridal & Occasion-wear collection has been formed by using sought for luxury fabrics and some of the world’s most famous workmanships by highly skilled artisans, to bring to you the finest premium pieces produced.

Dress Making

From the very first stage of designing the dress to the final fitting, every part is analysed and worked on with great attention to detail, each pattern sought for to perfection, each section of embroidery sewn by hand using the highest available quality of material, by the very best artisans. Where seamless thought is put into each and every inch of the dress making process.


The Process

At INAYAH we believe that nothing should be compromised, especially when it comes to the most integral day of your life, and the expectations you have from it. You can either walk into your initial consultation with an absolute idea and vision of what you want to create, or have a blank canvas for us to work on, or choose from our range of existing designs. Our in house designer will assist you at any level and create exactly what you want, and by providing you with clear guidance and suggestions to truly make your vision and dream a reality.

Types of Service

Bespoke Service:

If your ideal dress is something that has not yet been created, and never seen before, our highly experienced team will  take you through the stages of the bespoke service, from designing to embroidery and toile production. The service is available for all bridal and evening wear

*Please note all Bespoke orders will have to be booked in advance and you must visit the showroom in order to design and potentially place your order. This service is not available online. Bespoke orders will be carried out by our experienced designers who will accommodate for all adjustments and changes where necessary.

Made to Order

Made to Order service is readily available for all customers that want an occasion dress currently available from our existing range. These garments will readily be available online and in our showroom as well. You are required to provide us with all the relevant information including your measurements. All MTO order will be taken by our well trained staff members, who are fully able to answer your queries and carry out all basic requirements to produce your MTO dresses

*Please note for this service, payment for required garment and shipping cost must be paid in advance before the clothing is made and ready for collection or dispatch.

Whether you’re looking for something minimal or trully phenomenal with heavy embroidery

INAYAH will strive to meet your needs in whatever case it maybe. However please also be aware we specialise in ‘modest’ occasion wear and this is a principle which will not be compromised, our Ethos and Ethics are based around the integral factor of Modest fashion, all our designs and production are done with keeping in line with this brand identity.


Our service starts from the very first time we speak to you, therefore in order to make the entire journey seamless, we require a few details from you before offering the invitation to visit our showroom. All we need is for you to provide us with the following information on the form provided on site:

  • Type of event
  •  Date you need the dress by
  • Service you wish to use, i.e Bespoke dress creation or made to order/measure service for any of our existing designs. 
  • Brief indication of the style of dress you are seeking, i.e bridal, evening gown, bridesmaid etc. 
  • We also request an indication of your availability (day/time) during the week.

As soon as we have received the information, and have forwarded this to the relevant designer or member of our team, we will then get back to you with a date and time for your consultation to visit our showroom. Once you are happy with the date/time, we would need you to respond to us within 48 hours via email to confirm your attendance.

*Please note: If we do not hear from you within the 48 hours of receipt, the date allocation will be made available to another client.


The consultation with our designer is a maximum of 2 hours for Brides (1 hour for other parties). During the session, you will be shown options of designs, embroidery swatches, colours from our thread chart, fabrics, existing toiles and samples to help inspire and create your bespoke design. 

Should you require a bespoke design, a bridal consultation is £25 which is deductible from the price of the final dress, all other dresses e.g. Evening wear and bridesmaids consultation are £15. Appointments booked between 17th April -25th May will have no consultation fees. 


Once your visit has been successful and you decide to place an order with us, we require confirmation of this by securing a non-refundable fee of 70% of the total agreed quote, you will also be asked to sign our service terms and conditions. As soon as the deposit has been paid and processed, our designer will work on a finalised sketch, which will then be sent to you including all other relevant information i.e. chosen embroidery, colour, fabric, size/length etc within 7 days of receipt, we would like you to confirm that you are happy to further proceed in 5 days of receiving the design email. after which we will begin the production of your dress.


Toile Fittings are only available for the Bespoke service and NOT the Made to Order services as they are done based on INAYAH sizing. It will be at this point where any changes/ alterations can take place. At this point we will be turning your 2 dimensional design in to a 3D reality, where you will be booked in to try during the fitting stage. We will be able to determine the size and shape of your dress at this point

*Please note:Any changes made at this point to the design that are different from the sketch will incur additional costs i.e. neckline/hem, embroidery, etc.


As soon as the toiles have been confirmed, and you are happy with all aspects of the silhouette of your dress, the production of your final dress will commence. You will be asked to come in for the dress fitting to assess if any minor amendments need to be made, if not the dress will be ready.


After taking you through such a beautiful journey, we will be hoping to have surpassed your expectations and have delivered nothing but sheer perfection for your important day.

As you can understand, with the amount of hard work, thoughT and time being invested into each garment, we would like our clients to allow us to use images of their garments on our website and Social Media platforms (once the event has taken place) to showcase the products and services we offer. We also require you to pay the outstanding payment in full on the day of collection before we release the dress to you. This can be paid via card or cash

NOTE: If you do not mind another customer from INAYAH to reuse your design then please inform us at the earliest convenience as the price of your bespoke dress will be relatively lower.

Evening wear starting price £300 for minimal gowns.

Bridal wear starting price: £1000

Bridal Consultation: £25 (Maximum 2 hours)*

Normal Consultation: £10 (maximum 1hour)*

Deposit of 10% to secure Dress order (non-refundable)

*Consultation fees are deductible from the final total cost of your dress


70% Before we commence any form of work. 

30% The remaining amount on the day before the final dress is collected (we will be sending PayPal invoices to be cleared prior to collection)

We will ensure to send you a breakdown of costs and payments on an invoice addressed to yourself.

Personal Shopping


INAYAH is proud to announce that we will be offering customers the opportunity to have a Personal shopping experience at our showrooms, you will be able to look at all our current collections as well as preview the option of our Made to Order and Bespoke service available. The service will not only give you the opportunity to have an expert stylist with you through your entire purchasing journey, but you will also be given styling advise, tips and snippets of what is potentially to come in the very near future. 

Please note bookings are through appointment only, this will need to be booked in advance.

Made to order 

Our Made to Order process, allows you to select a Bridal/Occasion Wear item from a select range of products, and have the item customised to your choice of size (XS - XXXL), length, sleeve length and colour*. Please obtain further information and reserve a booking slow to view/purchase in person, please contact us using 1 of the methods below:

  2. Email: bespoke@inayah.co with your Name, the item you wish to purchase, and measurements; a member of our team will contact you to finalise the order process in full

Visit our showroom, for a 1-2-1 appointment, discussing your requirements, with the option of selecting a unique colour from our wide range of colour cards (*only available for orders completed at our showroom). Showroom appointments for our Made to Order service, are only available on Tuesdays and Thursday, between 09:00 - 15:00 (GMT); excluding bank/public holidays.

Payments are to be made via PayPal invoice (or by Debit/Credit Card if attending the showroom in person), which will be sent to you after order details have been discussed with a member of our Sales Department.
