How do I make an appointment to visit the showroom?

Please click on the 'Book Now' button located at the top of the website to view the Booking Appointments available. 

Can I turn up without an appointment?

Unfortunately, we are unable to permit visits from customers who have not pre-booked an appointment via our online booking system.

What payments methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment cards including American Express and contactless payments (within contactless amount limitations) and Apple Pay.

Are your payments secure?

The INAYAH Showroom adheres to the strictest security requirements, including PCI PTS, and payments are completed using a Chip and Pin service.

Do you accept returns?

Yes; if for any reason you wish to obtain a refund/exchange, please retain your receipt and you may return your item(s) to us within 28 Calendar days of purchase; without a receipt, we’ll give you an exchange. 

We regret that for reasons of hygiene we are unable to exchange or refund Hijabs & Accessories. Please inspect items carefully before completing your purchase to ensure you are happy with the items you have selected.

Goods returned with a Gift Receipt, will only be offered an Exchange.

Purchases made at the Showroom cannot be returned via our Online returns method.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?

All customers may bring 1 person to accompany them to their Showroom Appointment. If more than one person attempts to enter into the showroom without authorisation with the customer who made the booking, we will unfortunately need to refuse entry and ask them to wait in the main reception area should they wish to remain in the building.

Can I bring a child/children to my appointment?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate children at our Showroom for health & safety reasons. If you do attend accompanied by a child/children, our staff will have to politely refuse entry for the aforementioned reason; thank you in advance for your co-operation.

How long do appointments last?

Customers have up to 1 hour to enjoy their personal shopping experience. Should you require additional shopping time, please contact us in advance at the time of booking, to request additional time; outlining your requirements in full.

Is there parking available?

Pay & Display Parking bays are available on Kelvin Road (approximately 5 minute Walk from our Showroom) and the surrounding area. Unfortunately, there are no parking bays available at our Showroom.

What are your opening hours?

Opening hours will be displayed when you click the 'Book Now' button; appointments are Monday to Friday (with two Saturdays available per month)

How do I change or Cancel my appointment?

To reschedule or cancel an appointment, please follow the link provided after completing your booking. Alternatively, please contact us using one of the methods stated on our contact page.
